As far as experience and qualifications, you are sure to be impressed with the resume of Sozio Construction's president, Tony Sozio. `Far too often in our area, builders have a contractor's license but do not have actual or practical building experience.` Residential contracting is big business in our area... in our market and people from all backgrounds are trying to capitalize. `We are seeing bankers, investors, sub-contractors, real estate agents, school teachers and so on obtaining their contractor's licenses! `Its a good thing that it is not as easy to get licensed to be a doctor or to practice law! Unfortunately, extensive experience is not a pre-requisite to receiving your State Contractor's License! `Sozio Construction is family owned and is headed by Tony, with over 45 years of construction experience! Also involved are 4 sons; Nick, Tony Jr., Scott and Michael-with over 60 years of combined experience! `We all work very hard to insure the quality of our projects, the total satisfaction of all our customers, and the integrity of our company and our family name!
